Data Protection
Information about the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

General Data Protection Regulation: Protecting your personal data is of paramount importance to us.  That is why we process your data exclusively in compliance with the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG (Telecommunications Act) 2003).  This information on data protection explains the most important aspects of data processing.

Purpose of Use:
The personal data collected by us are necessary for performing the contract arising from your order.  We will collect, store, process and use your data for this purpose.

Legal Basis:
The legal bases for the processing of your personal data are the contractual performance, our legitimate interests and the fulfilment of legal and/or contractual obligations.  Apart from that, we process those data we have rightfully received from contracting parties due to an enquiry on your part.  The processing is based on § 96 Sec. 3 TKG as well as on Art. 6 GDPR.

Storage Period:
We will process your personal data for the duration of the entire business relationship (from the initiation to the implementation to the termination of a contract) as well as beyond that period.  This is done in compliance with the statutory retention and documentation obligations and, should the need arise, for evidence purposes.  After that, the data will be erased and destroyed.

Disclosure to Third Parties:
Except where required for the purposes below, your data will not be transferred to third parties:
- Transfer of the necessary data to banks/payment service providers for the completion of payment transactions;
- Transfer of the necessary data to authorities due to legal obligations;
- Transfer of the necessary data to our tax consultant for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations under tax law and
- Transfer of the necessary data to contracting parties, provided that this is requested and/or necessary with regard to your order.
In these cases, compliance with the data protection regulations is ensured at any rate, particularly as data processing agreements will be concluded in each individual case.
